Currently managing approximately 1,100 units across diverse properties, Bode is actively engaged in the construction of four properties (ranging from 80 to 135 units each) and navigating the permitting processes for seven developments (with unit counts ranging from 150 to over 300 each). Our ambitious goal is to achieve 25,000 units by 2030, driving toward a larger vision of sustainable growth.
